I like the Centennial. It's not the hoppiest IPA out there but it doesn't try to be. It achieves a balance that most IPAs do not. Sometimes a Hop Rocket or a Hop Mouth is just what the doctor ordered, but if I'm going to get a sixer of a single IPA, the Centennial is on my short list. Nice review!Jacob Snydernoreply@blogger.com
