So the past two days I have been busy studying so I have not done much on here. However today is a new day and I am still geared up and excited to be continuing with my daily exercise regiment.
Today's inspiration is Cross-Country Skiing.
I have read that the average man burns 300 calories in 30 minutes of XC skiing. I would really like to try it when I get some time. If it is anything like snowshoeing I know that I will not be let down.
In other news, I am still considering biking more and more. I think that I would like to find a road bike, and also use my mtn bike a lot more this summer. But let's leave that for summer.
